Highlights

  • Water Pollution Control Permit Application deemed administratively complete and under technical review. Receipt of permit expected 1st Quarter 2015.

  • Air Pollution Control Permit Application deemed administratively complete and under technical review. Public comment period complete. Receipt of permit expected 1st Quarter 2015.

  • Reclamation Permit Application submitted. Receipt of permit expected 1st Quarter 2015.

  • Application to locate the rail loading facilities on Bureau of Reclamation lands submitted. Kick-off anticipated 1st Quarter 2015.

  • Work continues on permitting of the powerline to supply the mine site.

  • Agreement with a leading rail transportation company in final form, execution expected in early 2015.
