Nevada Iron Ltd (the "Company") (NVI.AX)(NVR.TO) announces that Mr Alec Peck has resigned as a director of the Company effective 30 June 2015. Mr Peck joined the Board in November 2013 in conjunction with the TSX listing and has provided valuable advice on Canadian listing matters as well as general corporate matters.
