Lynden Energy Corp.: Share Purchase Warrant Exercise Period Extension Approved

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 3, 2012) - Lynden Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:LVL.V - News) reports that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the extension of the expiry date on 9,025,000 warrants exercisable at $0.50 per share from February 10, 2012 to June 30, 2012, and the extension of the expiry date on 5,480,000 warrants exercisable at $0.50 per share from February 16, 2012 to June 30, 2012.
