Kenyan shilling firm, flows from charities, construction firms help
NAIROBI (Reuters) - The Kenyan shilling was steady on Thursday, drawing support from conversions by charities and road construction companies looking for local currency to pay salaries and meet other end-month operational obligations. At 0737 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 101.40/50 to the dollar, unchanged from Wednesday's close. (Reporting by John Ndiso; editing by Elias Biryabarema)
