Val-d'Or, Quebec, January 26, 2012: The management of Exploration Aurtois Inc. (<< Aurtois>>) is pleased to announce the acquisition of various mining properties from local prospectors as well as the signing of an option agreement for two mining properties "Guillet" and "Ortona", from Vantex Resources Ltd. ("Vantex") (TSX-V: VAX), on January 16, 2012.
With these new acquisitions and option, Aurtois owns, in Belleterre Mining camp, 225 claims encompassing 6,003.35 hectares. Aurtois becomes well positioned and has now the opportunity to explore and work at will the heart of the Belleterre Mining.
Belleterre Extereme-Est property (54,644 tonnes @ 5.77g/t)
Aurtois has drilled and repeatedly intercepted, visible gold within quartz veins and sulphides. The ore body intersected by diamond drilling consists of a system of veins and veinlets that are composed of more than 85% quartz-carbonate that contain clusters of disseminated sulphides, mainly of pyrite. The free gold found in the quartz fractures has inevitably caused a "nugget" effect. Aurtois is presently developing the reserve calculation.
Vantex option - "Guillet" and "Ortona"

Ortona
This property contains 5 gold showings. The primary showing contains gold grades of 5.9 g/t to 49 g/t Au over a distance of 21 m. Surveying has revealed that this area has grades of 4.11 g/t, 6.5 g/t, 5.83 g/t and 19.2 g/t Au over 0.5 m. Three grab samples (Tourigny 1991) graded at 270 g/t, 7.4 g/t and 2.9 g/t Au.
The other four surface gold showings and sampling values are reported up to 34 g/t Au.
150 meters southwest of the main showing, sampling intercepted two grades of 88.1 g/t over 0.6 m and 22.7 g/t over 1.3 m.
Acquisition of 4 Belleterre properties from prospecters
Geological Summary
These properties are part of the mini-Achaean volcanic belt approximately 50 km long and 5-10 km wide. Active companies in this area are Aurtois, Vantex (optioned by Aurtois, Monday, January 16, 2012), Resources Conway and Les Mines JAG.
It is possible that this belt is a strip isolated from the greenstone belt of the Abitibi (gold deposits of Rouyn, Malartic/Cadillac and Val d'Or), the two being separated by processes that have Cratonisation formed the Superior Province. The geology is similar to that found in Abitibi, in addition, the Pontiac sedimentary rock formation located south of the Cadillac belt, suggests a link between these two greenstone belts. Esterre property
This property is located east of the Aurtois Far East property, Resources Conway's Belleterre Mine Concession and Les Mine JAG properties, covering the eastern extension of gold-bearing veins. It is comprised of 90 mineral claims, totaling 1414.40 hectares. Several potential areas have been identified on gold mining claims.
Bisson property: 19 claims (1060.75 ha).
Perron propery: 24 claims (1431.20 ha).
Audet property: 17 claims (971 ha).
