  • 14.50% (all variable)

Credit card rates remained unchanged again this week, according to Bankrate's latest survey of interest rates. The average annual percentage rate, or APR, for variable-rate credit cards didn't budge from 14.5 percent. The fixed APR stayed steady at 13.81 percent, where it has been since the beginning of March.

On Tuesday, Chase introduced a new small-business credit card called Ink Plus that offers more rewards earning potential than its Ink Classic and Ink Cash cards. The benefits of the new card mirror the perks offered by Chase's Ink Bold charge card. The key difference is that Ink Plus cardholders can roll balances from one month to the next, whereas Ink Bold customers must pay off balances every month.
