Canadian International Minerals Inc. Arranges Financing

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 25, 2015 / Canadian International Minerals Inc. (the "Company") (CIN - TSX Venture) announces that it has arranged, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, a private placement of up to 3,500,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for total gross proceeds of up to $175,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable into one additional common share for a period of three years from the date of issue at a price of $0.05 per share.

Finders' fees may be payable in whole or in part on the private placement pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
